We gratefully acknowledge the individuals, businesses and community partners helping carry Sidney’s compassion forward.
Founding Supporter
Cairo Engineering Ltd. has pledged an initial contribution of CAD $10,000 and an ongoing annual donation of CAD $5,000 to support SIMOCA Foundation’s mission of expanding educational opportunities for children facing financial hardship.
CEL intends to increase its support as the company’s resources grow. We are grateful for this founding commitment and the lasting connection it represents to Sidney and his family.
Commitment status: These amounts are pledges; receipt of the funds has not yet been confirmed.
Cairo Engineering Ltd. is jointly owned by the Foundation’s co-founders, Ramon C. Cairo, P.Eng., Chairman of the Board, and Clarisa P. Cairo, Vice-Chair.
Donor recognition
With their permission, we recognize individuals and businesses according to their total gifts received during each calendar year. All amounts are in Canadian dollars.

- $50 to $249.99
Names will be listed alphabetically within each tier. Supporters may choose a name-only acknowledgement instead of a tier listing, and exact donation amounts will be published only with separate permission. Pledges are identified separately until received.
Recognition is optional. Supporters may choose to remain anonymous or ask us to update or remove their public acknowledgement by contacting info@simoca.ca.
Every contribution matters
Our heartfelt thanks extend to every donor, including those who give anonymously or contribute less than $50. We also honour the people who share their time, professional services, materials and community connections. Each act of generosity helps carry Sidney’s legacy forward.
